The Sweet Spot is a donut ranking show created by Jordan Greenberg, a Second City alum, and David Huzieran, a filmmaker with a career in commercial video production. The idea was born when Dave asked Jordan a simple question: if you could make a show about anything, what would it be? Jordan's answer…donuts. Dave thought it was a joke. It wasn't. A year later, the two filmed their first episode, and The Sweet Spot was born.

Each episode takes viewers to a new donut shop, where Jordan asks the staff for their top dozen, narrows it down to his top 3 for review, and crowns a winner. That shop's #1 donut then joins the Sweet Spot Leaderboard, going head-to-head against the best of the best from every stop on the journey. Season 1 keeps things close to home, exploring the Chicagoland donut scene before the show expands into the greater Midwest and both coasts in seasons to come.
